Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct topographic, geological, and boundary surveys using total stations, GPS, and LiDAR technology
- Analyze survey data to calculate ore volumes and identify optimal mining boundariesPrepare detailed mining plans, pit maps, and volumetric reports for regulatory submissions
- Collaborate with geologists and engineers to update mine models and production forecasts
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian mining regulations and environmental standards
- Train junior surveyors and implement best practices in survey methodologies
- Manage survey equipment calibration and maintenance schedules
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Geodetic Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mining surveying with coal mining operations
- Certification from BPN (Badan Pertanahan Nasional) is mandatory
- Expert proficiency in survey software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Surfer, Carlson)
- Advanced knowledge of GPS/RTK and drone-based surveying systems
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex geological data
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with professional English communication skills
- Ability to work in remote mining sites with flexible schedule
