Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and troubleshoot water wheel (kincir air) systems in aquaculture ponds
- Conduct daily inspections of mechanical components and water quality parameters
- Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, filters, and electrical systems
- Collaborate with aquaculture engineers to optimize water circulation efficiency
- Document maintenance logs and prepare technical reports
- Train junior technicians on system operation and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with environmental and occupational safety standards
Kualifikasi
- SMA/SMK Teknik Mesin or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 2 years experience in aquaculture or water system maintenance
- Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and pump systems
- Basic electrical skills for motor and control panel maintenance
- Understanding of water quality parameters in aquaculture
- Certification in hydraulic systems (advantageous)
- Physical ability to work in outdoor pond environments
- Valid SIM Kepolisian (required for site access)
