Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Perform preventive maintenance schedules and document all activities comprehensively
- Diagnose complex equipment failures using diagnostic tools and implement effective solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize operational disruptions during maintenance
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and ISO compliance standards
- Train junior technicians on best practices and maintenance procedures
- Manage inventory of critical spare parts and recommend procurement when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/S1 in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing settings
- Certification in electrical safety (LSM/LOTO) and HVAC systems preferred
- Proficient in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Physical ability to work in elevated spaces and handle equipment up to 25kg
- Valid Sijil Keahlian Teknik (SKT) certification
