Tanggung Jawab
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Diagnose and repair facility equipment using advanced diagnostic tools
- Manage inventory of critical spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Document maintenance activities using CMMS software for compliance reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Lead emergency response protocols during equipment failures
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent certification
- Minimum 5 years experience in industrial maintenance
- Advanced proficiency in PLC programming and HVAC systems
- Certification in OSHA safety standards and electrical troubleshooting
- Strong analytical skills with root cause analysis experience
- Proficiency in CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
