We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hydraulic & Cylinder Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. As a leader in precision engineering, you will ensure the highest quality standards and optimize production efficiency for our hydraulic systems.
In this on-site role located in Surabaya, you will directly manage the production floor, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and implement Lean Manufacturing strategies to drive growth and success within our growing company.
Tanggung Jawab
- Managing and coordinating daily production activities for hydraulic cylinder production lines.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and industry regulations.
- Leading a skilled team of up to 30 technicians and operators.
- Implementing Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in CNC Programming, Lathe, Heavy Machinery, and ERP/SAP systems.
- Coordinating with R&D and sales teams to meet client requirements.
- Managing production budgets and reducing resource waste.
- Responsible for routine product test procedure and quality reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- S1/D3 degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar production environment.
- Hands-On experience in hydraulic or pneumatic control systems.
- Advanced knowledge of precision machining and welding inspection.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with operational SOPs, KPIs, and ISO 9001 standards.
