In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing production planning, scheduling, and inventory control to ensure optimal efficiency across our manufacturing lines. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and optimize production schedules to meet delivery timelines and maximize resource utilization.
- Monitor daily production output and coordinate with floor supervisors to resolve bottlenecks and minimize downtime.
- Manage raw material and work-in-progress (WIP) inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to align material availability with production demands.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly production reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all production control activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or control within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise planning tools).
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Solid understanding of lean manufacturing methodologies and production optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Professional certification in APICS/CSCP or Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is a strong advantage.
