Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and reconcile inventory data across multiple warehouse locations
- Analyze stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain inventory forecasting models
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize stock levels
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Generate inventory performance reports for leadership
- Identify process improvement opportunities in inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 3+ years inventory control experience in FMCG/tech industry
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in inventory management (CPIM/CSCP) preferred
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- Experience with inventory optimization techniques
