Tanggung Jawab
- Operate hydraulic/mechanical stamping presses with precision and efficiency
- Monitor and inspect stamped products for dimensional accuracy and surface quality
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on stamping equipment
- Document production data and quality metrics using MES systems
- Adhere strictly to ISO 9001 safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with quality control team to resolve production defects
- Train junior operators on machine operation and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate with technical background
- 1+ years experience in stamping or precision metalworking
- Strong understanding of mechanical press operations
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Basic knowledge of quality control tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Valid Sertifikasi K3 (Occupational Safety Certification)
- Proficiency in Indonesian and basic English terminology
- Physical stamina for standing/shift work environment
