Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily eel farming operations including water quality monitoring and feeding schedules
- Oversee breeding programs to optimize growth cycles and disease resistance
- Implement sustainable aquaculture practices to ensure environmental compliance
- Train junior staff on modern farming techniques and biosecurity protocols
- Collaborate with R&D team to improve production efficiency and yield
- Maintain detailed farm records and prepare monthly operational reports
- Coordinate with logistics team for harvest and distribution planning
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in eel farming or commercial aquaculture
- Proven expertise in water quality management and disease prevention
- Certification in aquaculture technology or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of sustainable farming practices and environmental regulations
- Ability to operate farm equipment and basic water testing tools
- Leadership experience with team management responsibilities
- Problem-solving skills for operational challenges and pest control
- Willingness to work flexible hours in outdoor environment
