Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations of 500+ Mentok ducks including feeding, health monitoring, and habitat maintenance
- Implement biosecurity protocols and disease prevention measures
- Monitor egg production quality and optimize breeding cycles
- Coordinate with veterinary specialists for routine health checks
- Maintain precise records of growth metrics and production yields
- Operate and maintain farming equipment (incubators, feeders, water systems)
- Train junior farm staff in best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in commercial duck farming
- Certification in animal husbandry or veterinary assistance preferred
- Deep understanding of Mentok duck breed characteristics and behavior
- Strong knowledge of poultry nutrition and disease prevention
- Proficiency in farm management software and record-keeping
- Physical ability to work in outdoor environments and lift 25kg
- Valid agricultural safety certifications
