Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and optimize scalable CMS solutions using Adobe Experience Manager and WordPress
- Develop custom plugins/modules to enhance content workflow automation
- Implement performance optimization strategies for high-traffic content platforms
- Lead technical migrations from legacy systems to modern CMS architectures
- Collaborate with UX teams to design intuitive content management interfaces
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices
- Integrate third-party APIs and microservices with CMS ecosystems
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years experience with enterprise CMS platforms (AEM, WordPress, Drupal)
- Expertise in PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end frameworks
- Proven track record of optimizing CMS performance for 1M+ user platforms
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API integration and headless CMS architecture
- Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines for CMS deployments
- Understanding of Indonesian digital landscape and content regulations
- Relevant certifications (Adobe, AWS, or Google Cloud preferred)
