We seek an experienced freshwater fish farmer to manage our state-of-the-art aquaculture facilities in Sukabumi. You'll lead breeding cycles, optimize water quality, and implement sustainable practices for high-value species (Lele, Nila, Mas, Patin, Gurame, Bawal, Mujair). Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations of freshwater fish ponds (Lele, Nila, Mas, Patin, Gurame, Bawal, Mujair)
- Monitor water parameters (pH, DO, temperature) and implement corrective actions
- Oversee fish feeding schedules and nutrition optimization
- Coordinate disease prevention programs and health monitoring
- Harvest fish according to size and quality standards
- Maintain equipment (aerators, pumps, filters) and facility hygiene
- Train junior staff on best aquaculture practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in freshwater fish farming
- Certificate in Aquaculture/Fisheries Technology (preferred)
- Expertise in breeding and lifecycle management of target species
- Proficiency in water quality testing and treatment protocols
- Knowledge of sustainable aquaculture practices and biosecurity
- Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving and team leadership skills
