Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of water wheels (kincir air) in aquaculture ponds
- Monitor oxygenation systems and water quality parameters daily
- Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with aquaculture team to optimize pond circulation efficiency
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Train junior technicians on best practices for equipment care
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- SMA/SMK Teknik Mesin or equivalent certification
- Minimum 2 years experience in aquaculture equipment maintenance
- Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting of water pumps/wheels
- Basic electrical knowledge for motor and control systems
- Valid Sertifikasi K3 Umum preferred
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions under tropical climate
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid SIM A (motorcycle license) for site mobility
