Tanggung Jawab
- Lead cross-functional technical teams through Agile methodologies, ensuring project delivery excellence
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business objectives
- Mentor and develop technical talent through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and career guidance
- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Establish technical standards, best practices, and innovation frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and infrastructure
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and evaluate their business impact
Kualifikasi
- Sarjana (S1) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of software development experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java/Python/Go)
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business domains
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum or cloud architecture highly valued
