Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and repair CVT transmission systems with precision using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform routine maintenance on automatic motorcycle transmissions (vario, NMAX, Aerox, etc.)
- Overhaul variator systems, pulleys, and CVT belts according to manufacturer specifications
- Conduct road tests to validate transmission performance post-repair
- Document service procedures and maintain customer communication reports
- Mentor junior technicians on CVT troubleshooting methodologies
- Manage inventory of CVT-specific parts and lubricants
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years hands-on CVT transmission experience in motorcycle service centers
- S1/D3 degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical certification
- Expertise in Honda Vario, Yamaha NMAX, and Suzuki Burgman CVT systems
- Proficiency in using CVT diagnostic scanners and measurement tools
- Clean driving license (SIM C) with excellent riding skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities for complex transmission failures
- Willingness to obtain manufacturer-specific CVT certifications
- Fluent in technical Indonesian with clear customer communication skills
