Workshop Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Workshop Supervisor to oversee our daily workshop operations, ensuring exceptional service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction in our growing facility in South Jakarta. This role is integral to maintaining high standards within a dynamic work environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily workshop operations, including team scheduling, task assignment, and workflow management to ensure timely completion of all services.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on completed work to ensure adherence to company standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Manage workshop inventory, including parts and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely ordering to prevent operational delays.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance on technical skills, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding service quality, providing professional and timely resolutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards within the workshop, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on workshop performance, including productivity metrics, quality issues, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the service advisor team to streamline service processes and improve overall customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within an automotive workshop or service center environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostic tools, and repair procedures for various vehicle brands.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a team of technicians effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin to facilitate clear communication with diverse teams and customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Familiarity with workshop management software and inventory control systems is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to meet operational demands.
