Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with Indonesian regulations and global standards
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with data scientists to design ethically-aligned AI systems
- Create transparency protocols for algorithmic decision-making processes
- Educate stakeholders on AI ethics principles through workshops and documentation
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Advise product teams on responsible AI deployment strategies
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation techniques for ML models
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations (PP 71/2019) and global AI ethics standards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience working with cross-functional tech teams
- Published work in ethics journals or industry white papers preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
