Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide data strategy aligned with business objectives
- Establish robust data governance frameworks and quality standards
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing advanced analytics and AI initiatives
- Drive data monetization and innovation through predictive modeling
- Ensure compliance with regional data privacy regulations (PDP Law)
- Foster data culture through executive training and stakeholder engagement
- Manage $5M+ data infrastructure and analytics portfolio
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years in data leadership with 5+ years at C-suite level
- Proven track record scaling data operations in regulated markets
- Expertise in cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern data stacks
- Certification in data governance (CDMP/CIGI) or equivalent
- Experience building high-performance data science teams
- Deep understanding of Indonesian data regulatory landscape
- Strategic thinker with executive communication skills
