Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time business monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Create compelling data visualizations and reports that influence executive decisions
- Implement data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize product performance
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, persuasive narratives
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (S2 preferred)
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Experience with statistical modeling and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proficiency in Excel with mastery of advanced functions
