Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents and threats across the organization's network, systems, and applications.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits to identify and remediate weaknesses.
- Design, implement, and maintain security controls, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Develop and enforce information security policies, standards, procedures, and best practices in alignment with industry frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
- Investigate and perform digital forensics analysis on security breaches and produce detailed incident reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development and IT operations teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
- Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees to foster a culture of cybersecurity hygiene.
- Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, threat intelligence, and emerging attack vectors to proactively strengthen defenses.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in information security or cybersecurity analyst roles.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S) and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Proficiency with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners (Nessus, Qualys), and EDR solutions.
- Experience with security frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and COBIT.
- Relevant certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or OSCP are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
