Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain complex automation systems using PLCs, SCADA, and IoT platforms
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying automation opportunities and implementing solutions
- Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation and SOPs for automation processes
- Integrate emerging technologies (AI, ML) into existing automation frameworks
- Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in industrial automation systems
- Expert proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and SCADA systems
- Strong knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, Profinet, OPC UA)
- Experience with robotics and machine vision systems
- Proven track record in system integration and commissioning
- Certification in automation or industrial control systems preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
