Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize LTE/5G radio access networks across urban and rural deployments
- Conduct drive testing, RF optimization, and capacity planning for high-traffic zones
- Lead vendor integration projects for Ericsson/Nokia/Huawei equipment
- Develop network KPI dashboards and performance improvement strategies
- Mentor junior engineers and document best practices
- Coordinate with NOC teams for incident resolution and network upgrades
Kualifikasi
- S1 Teknik Elektro/Informatika atau bidang terkait dengan IPK minimal 3.5
- Minimal 3+ tahun pengalaman di RAN deployment (LTE/5G)
- Sertifikasi vendor (Ericsson/Nokia/Huawei) atau 3GPP knowledge
- Pemahaman mendalam tentang OSS/BSS systems dan network protocols
- Kemampuan analisis data menggunakan tools seperti TEMS/OptiX
- Komunikasi bisnis bahasa Inggris yang fasih
- Pengalaman proyek skala nasional di Indonesia
