Drive operational excellence while ensuring risk mitigation and adherence to international standards like COBIT and ISO 27001.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive IT governance policies, procedures, and documentation
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits for IT infrastructure and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement governance best practices
- Monitor regulatory changes (e.g., PSEU, OJK) and update governance frameworks accordingly
- Lead IT process improvement initiatives using methodologies like COBIT and ITIL
- Prepare governance reports for executive stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Manage vendor risk assessments and third-party compliance reviews
- Facilitate training programs on IT governance principles across the organization
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in IT governance, risk management, or IT audit
- Certification in COBIT, CISA, or ITIL (mandatory)
- Deep understanding of Indonesian regulatory frameworks (PSEU, OJK)
- Proven experience implementing IT governance frameworks in enterprise environments
- Advanced knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
