Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets (IDR 50B+ annually)
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 8-10 sales professionals through performance coaching and development plans
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with key enterprise accounts across Jakarta and surrounding areas
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with product marketing to create localized go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Monitor KPIs including pipeline growth, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency
- Prepare quarterly business reviews and strategic sales forecasts for executive leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years B2B sales experience with 3+ years in regional sales leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in enterprise technology sales
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian market dynamics and key industry verticals
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in complex deal structuring
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Valid driver's license and willingness for 30% regional travel
