Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and Scrum ceremonies
- Remove impediments and foster team collaboration across engineering, product, and design
- Coach teams on agile principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Track sprint metrics and provide actionable insights for process optimization
- Act as Scrum advocate to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals
- Mentor junior Scrum Masters and promote agile culture across the organization
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience with proven track record in software delivery
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent professional certification
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and agile project management tools
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience scaling agile frameworks in enterprise environments
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Background in fintech or e-commerce preferred
