Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement responsive UI components using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Optimize application performance through code splitting and efficient state management
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect implementations
- Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and established coding standards
- Implement automated testing strategies using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Stay updated with emerging React trends and contribute to architectural decisions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience with React.js and modern JavaScript
- Expert knowledge of Redux, Context API, and state management patterns
- Proficiency in responsive design principles and CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS preferred)
- Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, and React Native is highly valued
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration
- Proven ability to optimize web applications for speed and scalability
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian
