Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations and maintenance of server racks, network infrastructure, and cooling systems
- Execute hardware installations, configurations, and decommissioning following strict protocols
- Monitor environmental systems (HVAC, power, fire suppression) and respond to alerts
- Perform root cause analysis on network outages and implement corrective actions
- Document all maintenance activities and compliance reports using CMDB systems
- Coordinate with vendors during equipment upgrades and emergency repairs
- Ensure adherence to ISO 27001 and TIA-942 standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/S1 in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years hands-on data center experience with server/hardware maintenance
- Certification in CompTIA Server+, CCNA, or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency with network cabling (Cat6/Cat6a) and fiber optics
- Strong knowledge of UPS systems, PDUs, and power redundancy
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Ability to work night shifts and emergency on-call rotations
- Valid SIOK (Surat Izin Operasi Kelistrikan) certification
