Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure AD configurations
- Document technical procedures in ITIL-compliant knowledge base
- Conduct user training on cybersecurity best practices
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and replacements
- Monitor system performance via Splunk and SolarWinds
- Lead incident management during critical outages
Kualifikasi
- Diploma Teknik Informatika/Sistem Informasi dengan min. 3 tahun pengalaman
- Sertifikasi CompTIA A+/Network+ atau Microsoft 365 Certified
- Pengalaman praktis dengan Windows 11/Server 2019
- Kemampuan troubleshooting jaringan LAN/WLAN dan VPN
- Pemahaman konsep ITIL dan service management
- Kemampuan komunikasi lisan/tulis yang sangat baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris
- Keahlian dalam scripting PowerShell atau Python adalah plus
