Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support the overall business goals and drive organizational performance.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including employer branding, sourcing, and selection, to attract top-tier talent.
- Compensation & Benefits (C&B): Design and administer competitive compensation structures, performance appraisals, and employee benefit programs.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture to enhance engagement and retention.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and company policies.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement learning programs to upskill the workforce.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or Human Resource Management.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and employment law.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., Bamboo, Talenta, SAP) and MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive change initiatives.
