Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across digital platforms and industry networks
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and behavioral interviews
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Collaborate with department heads to define talent requirements
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring workflows
- Build relationships with passive candidates and industry influencers
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, HR Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Proven track record in technical and non-technical hiring
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP) are advantageous
