What you'll achieve: Design and execute end-to-end recruitment campaigns for critical leadership positions, develop innovative sourcing strategies beyond traditional channels, and become the architect of our talent pipeline. You'll collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs while optimizing candidate experience through our proprietary ATS system.

- Architect and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for executive and specialist roles
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, passive candidate outreach)
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: screening, technical interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring funnels and reduce time-to-fill
- Develop employer branding initiatives through targeted content creation and events
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendor partnerships
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations and diversity hiring standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years recruitment experience with 2+ years in tech/finance sectors
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Proven track record of filling 50+ executive roles annually
- Certification in Recruitment (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP) or Sourcing (e.g., AIRS)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with 90% offer acceptance rate
- Advanced data literacy with experience in recruitment analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (business proficiency)
