Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and engage passive candidates through advanced Boolean search techniques and professional networks
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, niche job boards, and industry events
- Build and maintain a comprehensive talent database with detailed candidate profiles and skills mapping
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and sourcing requirements
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation benchmarks and talent positioning
- Implement diversity-focused sourcing initiatives to ensure inclusive candidate pipelines
- Utilize ATS tools to track candidate interactions and optimize sourcing workflows
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruitment with proven track record in tech roles
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tech talent landscape and emerging skill trends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage passive candidates professionally
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruitment metrics and pipeline performance
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Certification in recruitment/sourcing (e.g., CTS, CSP) is highly desirable
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
